TV Access Features include support for viewing captions, with adjustable caption sizes on mobile devices to improve readability. Additionally, users can control the speed of captions displayed on braille devices. The platform demonstrates broad compatibility with different braille displays, contributing to a more inclusive viewing experience.

Emergency Alert Features are available for users aged 18 and older. The system broadcasts alerts relevant to the user's current location, utilizing data from the US Integrated Public Alert and Warning System (IPAWS). Users have the option to register a primary contact who can receive their location details during immediate high-risk situations. Furthermore, users can manually share their location with their primary contact at any time, enhancing safety and communication during emergencies.

It is important to note that users operating on iOS versions earlier than 10.0 may encounter issues with the emergency alert services. Efforts are ongoing to address and resolve these compatibility problems.
